Nafs kāmila (7)
The perfected nafs — al-insān al-kāmil
Al-nafs al-kāmila — 'the perfected nafs'. The final station, identified with al-insān al-kāmil (the perfected human) of ʿAbd al-Karīm al-Jīlī's doctrinal exposition. The nafs at this station is fully transparent to the divine, and the human being functions as a complete locus of the divine names. Located at the brow / forehead in the Mujaddidi projection, marking the upper terminus of the ascent through the stations.

Sources
ʿAbd al-Karīm al-Jīlī, al-Insān al-Kāmil (primary_canonical)
Al-Jīlī's al-Insān al-Kāmil, especially its opening doctrinal exposition of the Perfect Human, describes the complete human as the locus in which the divine names are displayed. The citation supports the kāmila endpoint concept; it is not a source for the Qur'anic three nafs labels.
Sirhindī, Maktūbāt (primary_canonical)
Sirhindī, Maktūbāt I.260 (First Daftar, Letter 260), provides the Mujaddidi station framework in which refinement of the nafs culminates in perfected human realisation. The perfect-nafs formulation is a later Sufi synthesis and should not be projected back into the Qur'anic wording.
