Phaṇā denotes the paired marma loci at the bases of the nostrils, shown at the anatomical-right nasal-wing landmark with its left counterpart understood. The small uncertainty radius reflects the soft-tissue nasal projection and the fact that this front-view combat marker is a regional aid, not a measured anatomical target.
