Nābhi
Navel marma and abdominal centre
Nābhi is the umbilical marma at the abdominal centre, projected to the front navel landmark. Its deep regional projection and the classical concern with severe umbilical injury justify the immediate-danger label, while the warning tag prevents the point from being read as a self-treatment or assault instruction.

Suśruta-saṃhitā, Śārīrasthāna 6 (primary_canonical)
Śārīrasthāna 6.6–8 (Acharya ed.) names Nābhi in the central trunk list and assigns it to the sirā class; the warning label reflects the chapter's severe-injury prognoses rather than a combat instruction.
