Heart cakra

Station of uma at mid-sternum

Cakra station on uma at the heart — the site where the red and white drops unite in completion-stage yoga, and the locus of the very subtle mind-and-wind that transmigrates at death. Trajectory waypoint of the central channel in this rendering.

Tsongkhapa, A Book of Three Inspirations (primary_canonical)

In the channel-and-cakra account of completion-stage yoga, Tsongkhapa places the heart cakra on the central channel and associates it with the convergence of the subtle winds and drops. The heart station is a meditative locus in the Six Yogas system, not the gross cardiac organ.
