Right eye — Heliopolis
Anatomical right; solar cult centre
The anatomical identity is Osiris's right eye, placed on anatomical-right (the image's left) side of the face. Heliopolis is the relic-site claim rendered here because the Dendera ritual geography names a Heliopolitan Osiris; the text does not pair an eye with that city, so the projection is intentionally uncertain.

Mysteries of Osiris at Dendera (primary_canonical)
Heliopolis is one of the named divine-relic nomes and has a local Great Prince of Osiris; the inscription does not name an eye as its relic.
Plutarch, De Iside et Osiride §§18, 51 (secondary_translation)
Plutarch gives the dismemberment count and separately uses the eye as an Osirian emblem; the city assignment here is synthetic.
