Talahṛdaya (right foot)
Right foot — sole centre (māṃsa-marma)
Talahṛdaya — 'heart of the sole' — at the centre of the plantar surface of the foot. Māṃsa-marma (flesh-class), kālāntara-prāṇa-hara. The foot has a parallel hand-marma (talahṛdaya of the hand, at the centre of the palm) of the same class.

Śārīrasthāna 6.16–23 (Acharya ed.) places Talahṛdaya at the centre of the sole and classifies it as a māṃsa-marma with a kālāntara-prāṇa-hara prognosis; the same name is also used for the corresponding palm marma.
