Suṣumṇā
Central channel (Meru-daṇḍa)
Central nāḍī running from the kanda (perineal region) to brahma-randhra at the crown. Sat-Chakra-Nirūpaṇa describes its inner structure as three nested tubes (suṣumṇā / vajra / citrinī); kuṇḍalinī rises through citrinī. The selectable point is placed at the heart-axis midpoint (anāhata level) to keep it spatially distinct from iḍā / piṅgalā; the diagram overlay renders the full path.
Point 1 of 3 in Three Principal Nāḍīs (suṣumṇā / iḍā / piṅgalā)
