- Pierrakos's character structures are developmental and phenomenological descriptions, not fixed diagnoses or universal anatomical lesions. The labels and defensive phenomenology are retained while coordinates are editorial visual anchors.
- The source literature describes patterns of posture, muscular holding, affect, and relational strategy rather than normalized 0..1 body coordinates. Point radii and the lower-body zone are therefore intentionally broad, and no point should be read as a single tissue or organ that stores a structure.
- The schizoid waist split is rendered as a midline break marker, while the head point represents the commonly described head–body disconnection; this is a diagrammatic convention rather than a literal discontinuity in an energy field.
